ROHIT SHARMA TO LEAD THE TEAM INDIA??????

Rohit Sharma  was not picked recently  in the test against the England although the team India needs  an opener in the test team. Since Rohit has not promoted as the opener yet this will be the big chance for him but Kholi and selector denied him even to pick in the team.

But the big news is coming soon as there is start of the Asian cup from the 15th of the September. It is believed that the regular captain Kholi was to be given the rest. But this is not be official till the selector panal led by MSK Prasad announced it in this sataurday.

If there is absence of the regular Skipper Kholi then the Hitman get the chance to led the team India and will won the trophy.Kholi was troubled by the back pain seen during the second test against England at Lord's. 

In the absence of the Kholi there will be the trouble in the middle order batsman since Kholi was seen to handle the pressure about the middle order. It is belived that the Manish Pandey is likely to get the team recall.

As usuall Rohit sharma and Shikhar Dawan will open the  inning while KL Rahul and manish Pandy(if Kholi rested)  will be seen to manage the middle order batting lineup. Dhoni should be prometed to the 4th position while Hardik Pandey will find the place as the allrounder. Jasprit Bumra and Bhuvneshwar Kumar will handle the pace bowling. Similarly spin duo Yuzi Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav will get the place.

NEPAL 2ND MATCH COMPLETE BATTING AND BOWLING SCORECARD

Nepal won the second practise match against Srilankan first class team i.e Bloomfield club in the friday by 176 runs by the D/L method due to bad light.

Nepal came to bat first in the ususal captaincy of the Paras Khadka who was not in the team in the first Practise match. But give rest to the vice captain Ganendra Malla in the 2nd game.

Nepal opener still didn't get good start in this game too. Opener Anil Kumar Shah scored 17 runs in 18 ball  while Suvash Khakurel was limited in 9 runs in 33 ball. Then Paras khadka came in the good flow. He  was in good form. He hit the ball very hard to pass the ball outside the rope. He scored 23 runs in the 23 ball.

The inning is looking to be in the hand of Bloomfield until the Sagar pun and Dipendra singh Airee came in the bat. They built a very good patnership. Their inning prove the Nepal is well worth as the ODI nation. In the inning Sagar pun was just 8 run away from his well deserved century while Deependra singh Airee scored his century.

After the wicket of the sagar pun Karan KC came and entertauin the match. He hits every ball out of the rope. He scored quick 26 runs in the 12 balls.

But the batting lineup seems to be loose in single over. There is continuous fall of 3 wicket in a over. But anyway they manage to scored the huge total of 324 runs playing 50 over.

Nepal won the first practise match against the Srilankan Army Cricket. Nepali team are in the Srilanka for the preparation of the ACC qualifiers.

Nepal won the match by the 67 runs against the Srilankan Army Sports club with the superb inning of the Aarif Seikh.

Nepal was able to defend the 195 runs target against the army. They are only able to get the 127 runs in 36.1 over being all out. For them Jagganath Rajapa brings the 46 runs while other player are struggling against the Nepal bowling.

To restrict the army in such a small total Sompal Kami takes the 3 wicket while Basanta and DS Airee take 2-2 wicket.Also Lalit Bhandari and Lalit Rajbansi also  need  to be satisfy with single wicket.

During the first inning Nepal came to bat after winning toss and able to manage the 141 runs being all out in 48.4 over. At one stage Nepal was struggling to manage the 100 runs in the board but the brilliant well needed inning of the Aarif Seikh takes to the winning total.

WHY PARAS DIDN'T PLAY?????

Nepal team are in the ground in the captaincy of the Ganendra Malla this wednesday in the first practise match. Paras Khadka isn't playing although he is fit and fine. Although the fixed News is not come out but we can guess that he is looking at the players performance in better way from the outside. He wants to give the oppourtunity to the young players. But don't worry fans he is fit and fine.

Nepal are in the Srilanka for the Practise match before going to the Malaysia in Bhadra 13 for ACC Qualifiers.

Second practise match is against the Blumfed in Friday in their home ground and the third match is against the Kolts.

Nepali cricket team are in the tour of the Srilanka from the Monday. The 15 man squad along with the coaches are eyeing not to lose the on eof the biggest oppourtunity to play the ACC cup with best test playing nation like India and pakistan.

Nepal will play the three practise match aginst the home team of the Srilanka. In the recent interview Paras Khadka said that the practise match with the own team will not be fruitful since all the player are well known about the balling and batting of the team. So the practise match will not be so effective but good with the new team.

Nepal will play the first practise match in the 22 August i.e 6th of Bhadra Wednesday. They will compete with the home team of the Srilanka. The time will be 10:15 am according to the Nepali time and the Venue of the match is in Panagoda. The match is in 50 over format.

CAN CONFLICT SOLVED ?????

Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has taken another brilliant step during the meeting of the five-member independent
panel according to the revised constitution adopted by the CAN  last April.

The five member includes the ICC Deputy chairman ,Imran Khwaja, along with the three representitive selected by the ICC
Muhammad Ali, Head of Internal Audit; Ammar Shaikh, Senior Manager - Strategic Projects and Niteesha Kothari, Finance
and Operations Officer – Asia. Similarly Lekh Bahadur Chhetri and Thakur Pratap Thapa was added with them which were
nominated by the National Sport Council and existing CAN Central Working Committee respectively.

During the meeting they conclude to forecast the process , guideline and the timeline of the election. This mean that the date and venue of the election must be declared according to the revised constitution. The election should be done from the district level and the provinance level and finally to the central election.

 “This is a positive step forward for cricket in Nepal, the meetings this week have progressed well, and the ICC remains
confident that this will lay a solid foundation for the long-term good governance of the sport in Nepal.” Imran Khwaja said in the meeting.

He also doesn't failed to congratulate the Nepal first ever ODI victory which was completed against the Netherland. He
said: “Congratulations to Nepal for their first ODI victory, this is another example of the journey that Nepal are taking, and
reinforces why it is so important to keep progressing off-field, as well as on it.”

15 MAN SQUAD FOR ACC QUALIFIERS HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED

Recently on august 18 Saturday the squad for the ACC qualifiers has been published. In the Nepali team there is  comeback of the all rounder Sagar pun and the middle order batsman Binod Bhandari. The ACC qualifier is going to be held on August 27 to September 6 in the Malaysia.

Sagar made his comeback in the national team after his brilliant performance in the Malaysian primier League which surely add the advantages to the Nepal team since he is good in that ground.
He received the Player of the tournament in the Malaysian Primier League after his three century in the Malaysian League. He was out of the team due to his poor form. He played his last match against the UAE in the World Cricket League Championship.

Also the middle order batsman Binod Bhandari was in the team since Sarad was injured during the fielding against the Netherland.

Mohammed Naveed of the UAE is likely to join the EPL which is one of the most popular T20 tournament of the Nepal.He is likely sign a deal with Bhairahawa Gladiators although the official announcement is not done.

Mohammed Naveed is the bowling allrounder from the UAE. He had played 21 T20I matches for his country taking 26 wickets while scored just 133 runs at the average of 14.78 runs. He made his list A debut in 2012 against Netherland in world cricket league championship.He was picked up in the UAE squad for 2015 world cup.He has a good average with bat too in the ODI cricket too.

The 31 years old Naveed is likely to play in Nepal for the first time in this tournament.  

“It is great that I have been given another chance to play in a T20 league as I have played in the Global T20 Canada and Hong Kong Blitz tournaments. I have been playing very well in the last 18 months so that gives me confidence of doing well,” Naveed said in recent interview.

He is set to be the second UAE international to play in the event after Rohan Mustafa signed up for Kathmandu Kings XI in July.

“I am very happy that Rohan has signed up for the tournament as well because it shows that there is a lot of talent in the UAE national team,” he added.

“It’s a tournament that I can’t wait to play in and it’s one that I really want to do well in.” he replied in the happy mod.

VIRAT KHOLI UNWANTED RECORD DURING LORD'S CRICKET

Recently India lost a test match between England in such a worst manner.They were all out for just 107 runs after the home team invited them for the bat winning the toss.In return the home team declared their inning in 396/6 in rainy game day. Again the visitor came to bat, their batsman were struggling against the fast bowler Anderson and Broad. They were again fail to score good score. Lastly they were all out for just 130 runs in the 2nd inning.

To register their second victory in the ungoing tournament James Anderson bowled wonderful unplayable bowl. He took 5 wkt haul in first inning while just 1 wkt away from his another 5 wkt haul in the second inning. Also Straut Broad bowled wonderful delivery taking 4 wicket to destroy the Indian batting lineup in the second inning.

English batsman Chris Wokes saved the game with his brilliant hundred scoring 137 runs. Also the English wicket keeping batsman JM Bairstow was in good flow. He just missed his century. He scored 93 runs.

They secure their position after they left behind against the test playing national player like kieron pollard ,Darren sammy ,Ravindra Jadeja,Ben stokes,Jayadev Unadkat  and Andre Russel.

According to the ICC-RANKING of the top batsman Nepali skipper Paras Khadka achieved the 90 th position earning the 265 points.He is just above the T20 most hitter batsman Kieron Pollard (91th). He is better than the two times ICC champions captain Darren sammy left him in 99 position.
Also Nepali main middle order batsman Sarad Veswaker achieved the position of 98th earning the 238 points in the T20 mens T20I ranking.

"I remember feeling very nervous. You have dreamed all these years and then it's there in front of you. Three and a half hours away. You can make the biggest step in your cricket careers. It did take a lot out of us. We played some of our best cricket during those three matches at the ICC World T20, against Hong Kong again, Afghanistan and Bangladesh.

"Then this year qualifying from ICC World Cricket League Division Two in Namibia and making it to the ICC World Cup Qualifier in Zimbabwe was another special moment. Those are the high points. This year has been so important for my generation of cricketers because we have worked so hard to get to this point."

"We are already looking ahead to the qualifying stages for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023. This is a wonderful opportunity," he pointed out.

Remember shakti Gauchan before his first and last ODI international.

A strong candidate for the Indian U-16 National team at one point, the lanky left arm spinner was seemingly destined to shoulder Nepali cricket and raise it to a higher level given his contributions have been invaluable to the earlier as well as recent successes of the national team.

Shakti prasad Gauchan is one of Nepal allrounder better to say finest left arm spinner who plays the great role for the development of Nepal cricket from the unknown nation to the well know nation among the world.

Gauchan made his debut in 2002 against the oman.He became the second Nepalese cricketer to score an international century, when he slammed an unbeaten 106 off 103 balls against Italy during the ICC World Cup Qualifying Series in February 2005.

6ft 1 inch tall Gauchan wears 44 number Jersey for Nepalese cricket team.He lead the Jagadamba Giants in NPL in the year 2014 while APF during 2011 to 2015.

RecordsHe is first Nepali to take a hattrick.He smashed 2nd century from Nepal.

He will be only the player to retired in the debut ODI match which he announced after First ODI between Nepal and Netherland.

Numerous performances as such and examples of Gauchan single-handedly carrying the weight of the team are there aplenty. 15 wickets in the 2012 ACC Lite Trophy, 16 wickets in the 2012 ICC T20 qualifier and 10 wickets in the 2012 Division four are some of Gauchan’s major contributions in recent tournaments, all of which have played a pivotal role in the recent successes experienced by the senior squad.

In 2014 world cupT20 Bangladesh, he was phenomenal in an 80 run win over Honk Kong in the first group match and was awarded the man of the match for his impressive 3 wicket haul. He took total of 5 wickets playing three matches in the tournament.
